B-OK – Say It First ft. Michela

I’ve seen and heard a lot of comments of people saying ”It’s been a year since Michela won X Factor and she hasn’t released anything yet” and my answer would always be ”Give her time….she is working on it”. Let’s all remember that she has been working on writing her own material and not just recording any track thrown at her. You have to choose wisely if you want a lasting career in music.

Michela has since winning X Factor Malta season 1 released Chameleon for Eurovision, performed in major events over the summer including Isle Of MTV and Joseph Calleja’s concert, been away for songwriting sessions and collaborated with Ira Losco on ‘Cannonball’ and she showed what difference a year can make when she perfomed as a guest on the X Factor final last week. I wouldn’t say she was hiding in the shadows for the past year.

Today she dropped her first 2020 single ‘Say it first’ which is a collab with B-OK who is an Austrian producer that was also involved in ‘Chameleon’.

‘Say it first’ will for sure be another hit under her belt which will be played on every radio station and will have you bopping to the beat.

The video revolves around a couple who cannot get enough of each other which is quite fitting as we surely can never get enough of Michela’s voice.
